Log into your dedicated or cloud server as administrator.

Click on: Start

Click on: Server Manager

Click on: Local Server (On left pane)

Click on: Computer name (Random Server name)

Under: (System Properties)

Click on: Remote

Under: Remote Desktop

Click on: Allow remote connections to this computer

Pop up: Remote Desktop Connection

Click on: OK (enabling firewall exception)

Click on: Select Users

Click on: Add

Click on: Advanced

Click on: Find now

Select: (User)

Click on: OK

(If you cannot connect, your firewall might be the problem)
