How to install Telnet for Windows server 2008 and R2, and Windows server 2012
Log into your dedicated or cloud server as administrator.
Go to Command prompt and enter the following:
pkgmgr /iu:”Telnet Client”
If the UAC dialog appears, click Continue
When the command prompt reappear, the installation is done.
