Click on: Small Category
Under: Internet Properties
Click on: Security (Tab)
Under: Select a zone to view or change security settings
Click on: Restricted Sites
Under: Restricted sites
Add: (Ex: www.yahoo.com)
Click on: Close
Click on: OK
