Log into your dedicated or cloud server as administrator.

Click on: Start
Click on: Control Panel

Under: Control Panel
On the top right
View By: (Click drop down) Category
Click on: Small Category
Click on: Network and Sharing Center
Under: Control Panel Home (Left Pane)
Click on: Change advanced settings
Under: Change sharing options for different network profiles
Choose drop down:
1. Private Network
2. Guest and Public Network
3. All Networks
Fill in chooses:
File and printer sharing
1. When file and printer is on, files and printers that you have shared from this computer can be accessed by people on the network.
Fill in: (Turn on file and printer sharing)
Click on: Save Changes
