Under: Content Directory
Fill in: Physical Path (Ex: c:/inetpub/wwwroot)
Click on: Next
Under: Binding and SSL Settings
Under: SSL
Fill in: No SSL
Click on: Next
Under: Authentication and Authorization Information
Under: Authorization
Allow Access to: (Drop down) All users
Under: Permissions (Check: Read, Write)
Click on: Finish
