Click on: Local Server (On left pane)
Click on: Time zone (UTC-8:00) Pacific (US & Canada))
Under: Date and Time
Under: Time zone ——————————————-
Click on: Change time zone
Under: Time Zone Settings
Click on: (Default time zone-Pacific Time)
Change: Scroll down to your time zone. Ex: (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Click on: OK
