You have to go to task manager to see performance of your CPU and Network.

There are different ways to get to (Task Manager)

If you are in remote desktop you could press (Control, Alt, End).

1. You could go to Performance to check your CPU Usage.
2. You could go to Networking to check your Internet Usage.

You could go to your task bar on the bottom of your screen and right click, click on task manager.
