Log into your dedicated or cloud server as administrator.

Click on: Start
Click on: Control Panel

Under: Control Panel
On the top right
View By: (Click drop down) Category
Click on: Small Category
Click on: Power Options
Under: Power Options
Click on: Choose what the power button does (Top left pane)
Under: System Settings
Click on drop down box: When I press the power button (Shut Down)
Select:
1. Shut down
2. Do nothing
Click on: Save Changes
Click on: Apply
Click on: OK
