Log into your dedicated or cloud server as administrator.

Click on: Start
Click on: Control Panel

Under: Control Panel
On the top right
View By: (Click drop down) Category
Click on: Small Category
Click on: Internet options
Under: Internet Properties
Under: General Tab
Under: Home Page
Click in under: To create home page tabs, type each address on its own line.
Type the webpage you want to be set: (Ex: www.inetservices.com)
Click on: OK
Next time you start Internet Explorer, it will start up with your page.
